On retiring, I moved with my husband Steve from Wales to Powick to allow us the fun of young grandchildren living nearby.
I am an active member of Worcester Ramblers, a member of Powick Community Choir and I represent the Parish Council on the Benefice Transformation Committee (Church).
Steve and I joined the Parish Council in 2019 having become interested in planning matters.
I am Chair of Powick Action on Climate Emergency (PACE) and have particular interest in enhancing biodiversity/wildlife in the Parish.
I hope that we can encourage the community to value and be aware of our green spaces with the intention of protecting our green corridors.. The PACE group aims to offer guidance on changes of habit that can have economic rewards as well as having a positive effect on reducing our individual carbon footprints.
